Q1. Could you please introduce which countries have you been cooperated with?

A1: We export to countries in Asia, Europe, South America and North America.

We are looking forward to cooperate with clients from all over the world, long business relationship is our primarily goal.

Q2: Can we have our own logo on the product/bag/box/package?

A2: Yes, it is available, individual artwork is welcomed.

We also support OEM&ODM service if needed and our R&D group is always there to help.

Q3: Are your products safe to contact with food directly? How do you guarantee the quality?

A3: Of course. Safety and health are the basic requirements of cookwares and that's what we've been focusing on all the time.

Our products have certifications such as: LFGB, FDA, DGCCRF, CE EN12983 ...etc. All of our non-stick products are PFOA free.

Q4: How about the samples? Is that free?

A4: We could offer free samples if you only need 1~2 conventional products, but the express fee will be on your own.

If you need customized samples or samples more than 2 pcs, we might ask for both sample fee and freight.

Q5: Can we visit your factory?

A5: Definitely. If you would like to visit our factory, please contact us to make an appointment at any time!

Q6: How about the lead time?

A6: Generally, within 30 days after the 30% T/T deposit received and all details confirmed.

Exact lead time depends on the quantity of your order and the packaging you required.

Q7: How about your payment term?

A7: By T/T in most cases, 30% down payment, and the balance should be paid by shipment.

L/C is also acceptable according to your request.
